Yes, since January 3rd, 2008, my adult piercing portfolio and some other art have been locked up in the American Fork Police Evidence Room.
Today, April 9, 2009, they were finally returned. As we have always maintained, the portfolio in question was clearly marked for adults only – even though the material inside is not by any definition pornographic.
Isn’t it interesting how the police show this material logged in on December 28, 2007 when it wasn’t seized until January 3rd, 2008!
